Place frozen corn dogs in the basket with space between each one. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Mini corn dogs take 6–8 minutes. The cornbread exterior should be golden-brown and slightly firm to the touch.
The internal temperature of the hot dog should reach 165°F (74°C). Most corn dogs heat through before the exterior is done, so the exterior color is a reliable guide.
The coating should feel set and lightly crisp when tapped with tongs. If the outside is browning before the center is hot, drop to 360°F and add 1–2 minutes instead of pushing the coating darker.
