Place frozen spring rolls in a single layer without touching. Spray generously with cooking oil. Air fry at 390°F (199°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping carefully at the halfway mark. The thin rice paper or wheat wrapper should be blistered and very crispy.
Spring rolls have a thinner, more delicate wrapper than egg rolls. They cook quickly and can split if moved too soon. Rice paper spring rolls are even more delicate — use 380°F and watch carefully from 8 minutes onward.
Frozen spring rolls can tear if moved too early. Let them cook undisturbed for the first 5 minutes to set the wrapper before flipping. Use flat tongs (not round-tip) for the most control.
Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce, nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce), or peanut sauce. Spring rolls lose their crispness quickly, so plan to serve right away.
