Cook frozen pizza in the air fryer at 380°F (195°C) for 6–10 minutes depending on size. Personal pizzas take 6–7 minutes; larger slices or 10-inch pies take 8–10 minutes. The crust comes out crispier than a microwave and faster than a conventional oven.
Set your air fryer to 380°F (195°C). Personal-size or single-serve frozen pizzas (6–8 inches) cook in 6–8 minutes. Larger frozen pizzas up to 10 inches need 8–10 minutes. Individual slices reheat in 3–4 minutes at the same temperature. Check at the minimum time — cheese should be bubbly and edges golden.
Most air fryers fit personal-size pizzas (up to 8 inches) flat in the basket. For larger pizzas, cut into slices or thirds and arrange them without overlapping. If your model has a rack, place it on the rack for airflow underneath. Never force-bend the pizza or it will cook unevenly.
The air fryer produces a noticeably crispier crust than a microwave. For extra crunch, lightly spritz the crust edges with cooking spray before cooking. Avoid adding extra toppings mid-cook as they can fly around and hit the heating element. If the cheese browns faster than the crust, reduce temperature to 360°F for the last 2 minutes.
Preheating is optional for frozen pizza but recommended — 2–3 minutes at 380°F ensures an even cook from the first second. Without preheating you may need an extra 1–2 minutes. Some compact air fryers come to temperature so quickly that preheating makes minimal difference.
Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and beginning to bubble, the crust edges are golden-brown, and the underside is firm rather than doughy. Use tongs to lift the edge and check. Let it rest 1 minute before eating — the filling holds heat and can burn.
