Air fry pigs in blankets at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until the pastry is golden and the sausage is cooked through to 165°F. No flipping needed — the air circulates around all sides.
Wrap cocktail sausages, mini hot dogs, or small sausages in strips of crescent roll dough or puff pastry. Press the seam side down. Brush with an egg wash for a shiny golden finish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning if desired.
Place seam-side down in the basket with space between each piece. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes. The pastry should be deep golden-brown and the sausage hot throughout. Verify the sausage reaches 165°F (74°C).
Frozen pre-made pigs in blankets can be air fried at 375°F for 12–15 minutes from frozen, flipping halfway through, until golden and heated through.
Serve with mustard, ketchup, hot honey, or a Worcestershire-spiked dipping sauce. These are classic party appetizers and can be kept warm in a 250°F oven for up to 20 minutes after air frying.
